I spent last night with great friends who don’t live in the same country as me. One of my best friends lives in Tasmania and the others are back home in Barcelona. I also left my home country over 5 years ago and I don’t know if I will ever go back to live there permanently (probably not, let’s face facts). No matter how much I try to ignore it, I know my decision to live abroad hurts my parents, and I realised there is a high chance my children will do the same when they grow up and abandon me. Freedom of movement sucks, you can’t have normal relationships anymore.

This is a fundamental axiom: no one is easy to live with.
– Michael Foley, ”The age of absurdity”To me “Arrested Development” is the best show ever made. I really don’t understand why it isn’t more famous. I just spent the last 2 hours laughing, sometimes the jokes are so close together they don’t leave you time to breathe in between. And the seal double entendres are just too much.
